delicious breakfast wide selection inefficient service long wait
the breakfast buffet was delicious. it had a wide selection of options. the staff was helpful and friendly. my husband enjoyed the back massages at the spa. i highly recommend it after days of excursions.
they were not always attentive or efficient. they often let the guests wait. there was no anticipation of needs from some, and no greetings.

beautiful view quiet atmosphere
I adored the quiet atmosphere by the nile. the view of palm trees across the river was special! the staff was so attentive without EVER being pushy. the chefs deserve praise. The food was beautiful. the setting near the nile river is wonderful. i really enjoyed my stay here
the cold pool made swimming a little UNCOMFORTABLE.

beautiful view infinity pool fresh food
the outdoor pool has a beautiful view. the infinity pool transports you to another era, very cool! the silk road bistro has fresh food.
i think our room needed a bit of updating, but it was clean.

rainfall shower local bread
i stayed in a guestroom twin bed. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast had continental and local options. the staff was professional and supported me with fresh local bread.
The air conditioning in the restaurant was too cold. I needed to put on a jumper.

old rooms poor service
The rooms are very old. i found that they do not represent hilton quality. additionally, the service by the pool was not good. Staff sometimes forgot orders and did not clear away used plates.

Wonderful Stay
international option breakfast buffet spacious pool
The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of international options. I especially loved the pool area. It was spacious and clean. Mohammed at Rosetta were pretty good too ensure our dining experience was special. He even decorated our room with flowers.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. Some machines required maintenance. Everything else was fine

The hotel is located near Karnak Temple. It is easily accessible. It is convenient for sightseeing. Transportation options are readily available for exploring nearby attractions. I liked the easy access to the temple

The hotel grounds are beautiful. They provide a relaxing environment. The pool area is large. It offered plenty of space ! to lounge and swim. I enjoyed spending time by the Nile.

The Rosetta restaurant provided excellent service and the food was delicious. The buffet had plenty of variety and there was always something new to try, though some items were average. Breakfast was satisfying!

The staff were attentive. They consistently were really good. Mariana from guest relations provided valuable information about local sites to visit. Staff responded quickly to requests. I appreciated their willingness to help.
